The townhouses are a part of the neighborhood Frikvarteret.
Tetris A/S has developed a new neighborhood in Nordhavn. The buildings in the area were in the 1940s used as a machine shop, store room and laboratory, but has been renovated and now serves as housing.

The houses are inspired by the classic English town houses.
