The corner building was constructed in 1752 in three floors for timber merchant Johan Jegind according to plans by Nicolai Eigtved. The owner merchant Ph. Randrupn allowed in 1852 a raise of the building with a floor (mezzanine).
The front house built from 1853 to 1855 for the merchant Ph. Randrup. Part of the first floor was originally used as a horse stable.
