The new s-train station at Carlsberg City, and the 100 meter tall Bohrs Tower with 10,000 m2 spread over 30 floors.

The lower eight floors are shops, offices and a part of the University College of Education UCC's Campus Carlsberg. From the 8th to the 30th floor there are 88 apartments between 112 and 165 m2, four on each floor.
