Øresund Tower - A fifthteen-storey residential tower.
It has been a priority that the apartments profit from the unique view of Øresund, Strandparken and the towers of Copenhagen.
The apartments are in addition located optimally regarding the four corners of the world, and the residents will be able to enjoy the morning-, afternoon-, and evening-sun from living rooms, balconies and terraces.
The large grocery shop located on the ground floor contributes to the idea of the tower being a landmark in the local area.
A large big green common terrace is placed for the occupants above the grocery shop.
In this way the main part of the common open space is raised beyond street level and gives the impression of shelter and oasis in the city.
The geometry of the buildings is elementary and easy to read. A simple appearance with respect to the scenic beauty and urban relations has been important.
The ‘nucleus’ is applied by balconies, which are orientated towards the best view and solar orientation.
